Flashtract is an award winning startup company working to bring a unified payment, accountability and logistics software solution to the construction industry through its innovative, cloud-based network. Flashtract's software is design to help owners and contractors can efficiently manage their projects, track deadlines, confirm completion of milestones and ensure that everyone is paid quickly, streamlining the construction process.
I was hired by the Alabama government's startup launchpad program to help this project. Project went on with zero budget and there was no time for user research or testing. Which is the reason why there's no research data for this project.
